Hello there!
I’m Gina! I’m a UX Researcher at Huntington Bank, but my path here has been anything but traditional. I started out as a hairdresser before moving into Communication, Graphic Design, and Technical Recruitment. Looking back, it all connects. I’ve always been drawn to people, their stories, and how they experience the world around them. That curiosity led me to earn my Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan and dive into UX research.
In addition to Huntington, I’ve worked at J.P. Morgan Chase and the University of Michigan, leading research, talking to users, and helping teams create experiences that actually make sense for people. What excites me most is knowing that my work can make everyday interactions, both digital and physical, more intuitive and meaningful.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors, spending time with my husband and daughter, and getting lost in photography, art, or the latest UX trends. Creativity and empathy are at the heart of everything I do, and I’m always looking for new ways to bring them into my work.
